1. 509-PA13-05273 - Proposed major amendment to the - Mark Metzger & Keir Miller
Rural Comprehensive Plan (RCP) to revise the Goal 5 Groundwater Resources Policies and add the Springfield
Wellhead Protection Area to the Goal 5 Inventory of Significant Groundwater Resources.
Note –this will be a joint hearing with the City of Springfield Planning Commission pursuant to the conditions of the 2013 IGA between Lane County and Springfield regarding governance of those areas
removed from the Metro Plan by Ordinance No. PA-1281
