1. Amendment to Chapter IV of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan (Metro Plan).
The planning staffs and legal counsel for Eugene, Springfield and Lane County have prepared amendments
to Chapter IV of the Metro Plan for the purpose of implementing ORS 197.304. The proposed amendments
clarify each jurisdiction’s role in future Metro Plan amendments and amendments to related documents.

2012-077, 078 and 079) on July 12, 2013. LUBA’s decision required the City take additional action with regards to Goal 9 (Economic Development); Goal 10 (Housing); Goal 12 (Transportation); and Goal 15 (Willamette River Greenway).
