WORK SESSION ITEM(S)
1. Amendment to Chapter IV of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan (Metro Plan)
The planning staff and legal counsel for Springfield, Eugene and Lane County have prepared amendments to Chapter IV of the Metro Plan for the purpose of implementing ORS 197.304. The proposed amendments
clarify which jurisdictions shall participate in future Metro Plan amendments and amendments to related documents.
