The City of Springfield relies on Willamalane Park and Recreation District for park and recreation planning under Statewide Planning Goal 8—Recreational Needs. The 2004 Willamalane Comprehensive
Plan is a refinement plan of the Metro Plan. The 2012 Plan is intended to update and replace the 2004 Willamalane Comprehensive Plan. This proposal is being processed as a refinement plan amendment.
