Sustainable City Year Program Fall and Winter Term Project Summaries- City Staff has been working with University of Oregon faculty and students to complete work on multiple City projects as part of the Sustainable City Year Program (SCYP) partnership. Update on the Lane Livability Consortium- City of Springfield is one of nine co-signatories to a Memorandum of Understanding establishing the Lane Livability Consortium, under the auspices of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant.
