1. Transportation System Plan (TSP) Stakeholder Advisory Committee Membership – The City of Springfield is recruiting for additional representatives to serve on the Springfield Transportation System Plan (TSP) Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC). Additional Committee
members are sought to expand the representation of the Committee for the duration of the project. Of the four positions, one is to replace a previously filled “bicycle and pedestrian interests” position. The other three positions are to expand representation. Staff seeks approval from the Committee for Citizen
Involvement (CCI) to add three stakeholder membership categories. Staff: David Reesor, Senior Transportation Planner

LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC HEARING –
a. 2013-2017 Capital Improvements Program A Community Reinvestment Plan –
The draft of the City of Springfield’s 2013-2017 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) has been completed
by staff and has been reviewed by the Planning Commission during a work session on February 7, 2012. It is now being brought to the Planning Commission for final comments and a recommendation to forward the CIP to the City Council. The City Council will review in March, with final adoption scheduled for
March 19, 2012.
