Review Process A ZOning Map Amendment application is a Type III application and as such, Will be
reViewed by the City under the procedures listed In SDC 5 1-135, Type III Applications, and SDC 5 22-100,
Zoning Map Amendments The Planning CommisSion Will hold a public hearing on May 20, 2008 to review the
application and Will approve, approve With conditions, or deny the application, at which time the City Will mall
the applicant's development review team notice of the deCISion The deCISion Will be a QuasI-Judicial Type III
deCISion and as such, may be appealed
