MEM--i..fL!., MEMORANDUM To: Development Review Committee From: Molly Markarian, Planner II Date: April 14, 2008 Subject: ZON2008-00013 Larry Burr Zoning Map Amendment Please review the attached Type III ZOning Map Amendment application for any Issues or concerns and submit your findings and conditions to me by AOrll 28. 2008 Criteria 3 of the Zoning Map Amendment Criteria of Approval states that "the property IS presently provided with adequate public facilities, services, and transportation networks to support the use, or these facilities, services, and transportation networks are planned to be provided concurrently with the development of the property" The applicant IS requesting to change the zOning on the subject property from LDR to MDR to bring It Into conformance with the Metro Plan The applicant has indicated that he Will submit a land divIsion application soon, but It IS unlikely that City staff Will be able to approve the two requests concurrently given that the land divIsion application has not been submitted yet, and the public hearing for the zone change request has already been scheduled for early May If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me at 726-4611 or emall me at mmarkarlan@cl springfield or us Thanks for your timely review I cc Gilbert Gordon Gary McKenney Matt Stouder
