HI Pam,
I have looked over the new revIsion of the Keepers plat, and thanks for making those changes The only thing
now IS that you have added a symbol for the REFERENCE MONUMENT, but It'S symbol IS not In the LEGEND
with a description Please add that
After you do that addition, go ahead and plot the mylars, and you are ready to submit them to me and Planning for
approvals There IS no need for another paper copy submittal

I Please add to the Legend the small cube symbol and definition as "calculated pOSition ", the abbreviation
"PUE" and It'S definition, and the definition of the parenthesIs "(-)" as recordlreference data
2 Pleas'e add the NOTE "no bUilding, structure, tree, shrubbery or other obstruction shall be placed on or In
a public utility easement"
3 Please add "EXISTING" to the text 5 00' nght-of-way underground easement receptIon no 2007-

4 Please change the bearing of the reciprocal easement "N89-58-45E 62 03~ to N89-58-19E as shown In the
closure check sheets and on the easement descrrptlon and exhibit

2 The easement per Book 150, Page 149 must be noted In the NOTES AND RESTRICTIONS as to how It
encumbers the property If It IS indeterminate how It encumbers the property or clearly does not encumber
the property, It stili must be noted In that regard since It IS listed In the Title Report
3 There IS a Trust Deed holder listed In the Title Report (No 6) There needs to be a Concurrence To
Platting recorded for the Trust Deed holder or there needs to be a signature line for the Trust Deed holder
on the Declaration on the plat
Field Check Comments (field checked on 4-24-08)
1 The fence as shown on the North property line IS fully removed
2 The utility vault that appears to be newly constructed on the North property line IS a couple tenths of a
foot over the property line Please check this If there IS an encroachment over the property line It has to
be shown on the plat
3 A Yo Inch Iron pipe was found at the Northwest comer of Parcel 2, not a 518" IR as shown
4 A Yo Inch Iron rod was found at the Northeast comer of Parcel 1 , not a y." IP as shown
5 The Southwest comer of Parcel 2 IS missing, possibly destroyed by construction?

With regard to this Partition please have Mr Olsan address the follawlng
1 It IS not Immediately apparent which side of the easement line IS the "reclpracal
easement" Perhaps a small detail as shown In the separate document would clarify this
2 Line 4, 2nd paragraph of the Narrative should be "R2" not "R1" Also, the south, east,
and north line do not appear to be holding record bearing per "R4" as noted
3 Change "Acknowledgement" above the signature lines to "Approvals"
4 There IS an easement listed on the TItle Report (Bk 150, Pg 149) that IS not noted on the
plat Does It encumber the property?
5 Taxes for 2007-2008 must be certified as paid prior to final approval The Tax work-up
has been submitted
6 Fees Due (payable to "Lane County", two checks please)
