IP as shown 5 The Southwest comer of Parcel 2 IS missing, possibly destroyed by construction? Tuesday, April 22, 2008 8 58 AM To: MOORHEAD Chris, ERNST Denms, GIVENS Everett L Subject: PN R KEEPERS--SUB 2008-00008 -- Comments LANE COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE COMMENTS Dear Dennis & Chns, With regard to this Partition please have Mr Olsan address the follawlng 1 It IS not Immediately apparent which side of the easement line IS the "reclpracal easement" Perhaps a small detail as shown In the separate document would clarify this 2 Line 4, 2nd paragraph of the Narrative should be "R2" not "R1" Also, the south, east, and north line do not appear to be holding record bearing per "R4" as noted 3 Change "Acknowledgement" above the signature lines to "Approvals" 4 There IS an easement listed on the TItle Report (Bk 150, Pg 149) that IS not noted on the plat Does It encumber the property? 5 Taxes for 2007-2008 must be certified as paid prior to final approval The Tax work-up has been submitted 6 Fees Due (payable to "Lane County", two checks please) Recording Fees Processing & Filing $61 + Docs? $500 Date Received '/11/;)004' Planner AL
