Good Afternoon Carol and Andy,
I've been looking over the submittal from the survey perspective and here are a few of the questions I've come across so
far
1 I don't see anything on the termination of all the eXisting easements we had talked of earlier In Just glanCing at the title
report they stili have a lot of easements shOWing They Will have to account for all of them on the title report when the plat
IS filed
2 I don't see all the dedications clearly indicated on the plat I did find a riparian easement document but nothing separate
on the river path
3 I see a missing right of way use agreement, a Q West easement and missing pages for the nver trail
4 I did not see any CC&R's for thiS subdiVISion
I do have more than enough to get started checking and the survey checking process Will flush out other missing Items
