We received the 4th set of review plans yesterday Rachel Griffith (from KPFF) had sent me an emall saYing they had
mailed them before they received my comments, but It looks like they covered everything In my comments except for
pOSSibly In the declaration I'm not sure what documents will be created by separate document and recorded at the time of
the plat, or what ones will be recorded prior to the plat and be easements of record They should be fine as long as the
declaration states that they dedicate all the publiC easements, create any private easements and acknowledge any
easements of record
A few other minor details I noticed lookrng thiS time
. Page 3 & 15 Lines missing on curve table
. Pages 4, 6 & 15 Remove a portion of the heavy dashed line (match Irne) near the lower right corner of page to
make certain there IS room for recording stickers (They won't put the sticker on top of any printing)
. Pages 5 & 8 There IS some overlapping text near the two set monuments 12+6562 Cardinal Way and 22+12 46

. Page 14 Label E13 as "temporary"
. Page 19 The distance for L69 does not seem right Should It be 10 28'?
. Page 21 Dotted hatching seems to have shifted a bit
