FYI I Just met with Andy regarding the review of the subdivIsion plat status I do stili need to meet with Denny to
go over some of the Public Works related cond]tlons to ensure there are no outstanding conditions or Issues that
could possibly hold-up approving the final plat Denny will not be back until Tuesday at which time I will meet
with him regarding any inspection or construction related Issues One of the Public Works related cOnditions that
remains outstanding ]S the right-of-way use agreement which the developer ]S currently putting together a
package for City review and w]1I be subm]ttlng soon Andy did Ind]cate that he IS gOing on a two week vacation
and there remains many survey related Issues that are still outstanding and a possible vacation Issue (other than
Andy's MeXICO tnp - enJoy ) With the other outstanding Items, Andy thought we should be OK on the clock I Just
wanted to give you a heads-up regarding the Public Works review of thiS application

At our Rlverbend coordination meeting today there was a question regarding the status of the subdiVISion
conditions of approval relating to the PIP I understand you are working on venfylng If all the conditions of
approval for the PIP have been met When you determine If thiS IS the case, can you please report to Andy
Llmb]rd (project planner) With the answer? Also, If you can give him an Idea of the approximate tlmellne for thiS to
