It was my understanding that post monumentlng the pOints along the right-of-way would be acceptable as
developmentlconstruclion of the new lots would result In the loss of the pOints If set presently As for the
centerline monuments I do agree that these may be set at this time

Good Morning Danny,
We are making progress on the review of the Rlverbend Plat I was told that the plat was ready for the field check
but after reviewing It I see that you Will need to set the outer boundary monuments along MLK Parkway at every
angle break and curve It would also be highly adVisable to set the centerline monuments where the streets are
constructed as nothing should cause their removal
Please let me know when you have all of your momumentatlon set and are ready for a field check
