The provisions of this agreement may be modified upon mutual consent of the City and the Downtown Association. B. Failure or unreasonable delay to perform any term or provision of this Agreement may result in the scheduling of a public hearing before the City Planning Commission for the purpose of revocation of the pocket park Conditional Use Permit.
