POCKET PARK MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
AND THE SPRINGFIELD DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION RELATIVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT
KNOW AS POCKET PARK
THIS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (hereinafter

membership of downtown Springfield businesses (hereinafter "Downtown
Association") and the City of Springfield, a political entity of the
State of Oregon (herei nafter "the City").

Section 2. Modification of Provisions or Revocation
A. The provisions of this agreement may be modified upon
mutual consent of the City and the Downtown Association.
B. Failure or unreasonable delay to perform any term or
provision of this Agreement may result in the scheduling of a public
hearing before the City Planning Commission for the purpose of revocation
of the pocket park Conditional Use Permit.
IN WITNESS WHEREDF, the Downtown Association and the City
have executed this Agreement as of the date first hereinabove written.
