1.) MINIMUM OF 5 ELBOWS BEFORE CLOSEST NOZZLE PROTECTING A WOK OR DEEP FRYER.
2) MINIMUM PIPE VOLUME BEFORE CLOSEST NOZZLE PROTECTING A WOK OR DEEP FRYER SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 360 mL.
00 360 mL= 6.1 ft. ofd or 9.6 ft. of g' PIPE.
3) TOTAL SYSTEM PIPE VOLUME SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 660 mL.
• 660 mL =11.1 ft. &7"' or 17.6 ft. of g' PIPE.
4) MINIMUM OF 3 FLOW POINTS IN SYSTEM (PER CYLINDER).

2) APPLIANCES ARE ELECTRIC AND GAS -ALL FUEL TO COOKING APPLIANCES TO SHUT DOWN ON SYSTEM ACTUATION,
3) ALL ELECTRICAL POWER UNDER HOODS AND INTEGRAL MAKE-UP AIR TO SHUT DOWN ON SYSTEM ACTUATION.
4) EXHAUST FANS TO CONTINUE RUNNING.
5) FUEL AND ELECTRICAL SUPPLY RESET SHALL BE MANUAL.
6) ALL PIPE TYPE, LENGTHS AND -NUMBER AND TYPE OF FITTINGS T0. BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURES UL LISTED DESIGN/ INSTALLATION
MANUAL.
7) UL LISTED GREASE TIGHT SEALS AT ALL HOOD PENETRATIONS,
8) CLASS "K" HAND PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER TO BE LOCATED BY MANUAL PULL NEAR EXIT. PLACARD MEETING REQUIREMENTS OF NFPA 10 & 96 TO BE
CONSPICUOUSLY LOCATED NEAR CLASS "K" EXTINGUISHER.
9) ALL HOOD FILTERS TO BE UL LISTED "BAFFLE TYPE."
10) BOTH AGENT CYLINDERS ARE DESIGNED TO ACTUATE SIMULTANEOUSLY, RESULTING IN A DISCHARGE OF 20 TOTAL FLOW POINTS.
