With your permission we Wlll conduct a controlled practice bum pnor to the fust of
November on the structure at 1057 Anderson in Spnngfield, Oregon. Tlus enabled us to
repeatedly set and extingUish a fire Wlthm this structure as a traming exercise for our
staff, provldmg them WIth real site expenence It 18 acknowledged that our fire crews
burned thls structure beyond salvageable conditIOn and the responsibility for the clean-up
