Dear Mr, Christian:
At your request the Building Division of the City of Springfield made
an occupancy inspection on Nov,ember 15, 1977 at the structure located
at 3115 Indu~trial Avenue, Springfield, Oregon, This area is an M-3
Zone,
, This request was made due to your desire to change the use of this
building from a lumber kiln to a shop for truck repair, The structure
was constructed of a fire clay block, that in general appears to be
in sound condition, It would be advisable to examine the portions of
block that are cracked to ,insure the fact that they are structurally
adequate to support the building,
A complete set of drawings shall be required, showing repairs~ addi-
tions, alterations, ventilations etc, before a building permit will
be issued,
