Dear Mr. Christian:
In reviewing our recoras it was aiscoverea that your site plan approval has
expi rea.
Section 31.080 of the Springfiela Development Coae states that "Within 90 aays
of the affirmative aecision by the Approval Authority, a Final Site Plan shaJi
be preparea ana filea with the Director. This plansha11 incluae a11 requirea
moaifications ana applicable conaitions, The Final Site Plan shall become null
ana voia if construction has not begun within one year of Final Site Plan
approval, i.e., the signing of a Development Agreement".
On March 24, 1988 the Director grantea approval of a site plan for a remoael
ana aaaition of office space.
It was notea in the file on April I, 1988 that you were not going to proceea
with these improvements, therefore, the Final Site Plan was not submittea to
the Oi rector ana the Oevelopment Agreement was not s i gneo wi thi n the 90 aay
perioa.
