RE: Street Address Changes
Dear Mr. Giroux:
At your request, we have investigated the addresses currently being used for the property
located at the northeast corner of the intersection of 33rd Street and Industrial Avenue, Lane
County Assessor Map #17023034 tax lot 08400, for the purposes of address change or
clarification, This is the property formerly occupied by the screen printing business Oh Shirt,
and has two buildings as follows:
The westerly building was originally a residence addressed 3320 Industrial Avenue,
and was used as on office by the former business. It is our understanding that you are
currently using this building as a residence.
The easterly building was originally constructed as an accessory building for the
residence. and later converted to business use, Our records indicate that Oh Shirt
added warehouse space to this building in 1983, and used the building for theirscreen
printing business and warehouse, This building has separate water and electric service
and has been known as 3320 1/2 Industrial Avenue, at least for billing purposes by the
Springfield Utility Board.
As you have requested, please accept this letter as official notice that the address of the
residence is being changed from 3320 to 3310 Industrial Avenue. Also, the address of the
manufacturing and warehouse building is being changed from 3320 1/2 to 3320 Industrial
Avenue,
I will notify the following companies and/or agencies of this new address by sending them a
copy of this letter:

This change will become effective 30 days from the date of this letter (December 1. 2000),
Please change your street address numbers on the buildings and on the mailboxes by this
