Annual inspection of the electrical installation has revealed the following listed
defects to be corrected by a licensed electrical contractor:
1) Remove all fixture cord (zip cord) wiring in the office. Install metallic
raceway to lights and to extra receptacles;
2) , Reverse polarity in offices receptacle outlets to be corrected.
3) Install extension sleeves in receptacle and switch outlet boxes in panelled walls.

4) Install separate circuit and 20 AMP Hpoiariied receptacle for air compressor.
S) ProtectN.M. cables up to8 iiichesfromgrade. (Office).
6) Install approved aerial type wiring to post lights.
