Gentlemen:
I spent a considerable amount of time with Lonnie
going over the possibilities of either reapplying for a
zone change or a conditional use permit. When all was
said and done we decided it would be easier for him to
move the saw to the other building. It is evidently
bolted down and can be removed without too much difficulty.
He is going to get a building permit for the building that
he has and use it for storage of his personal items such
as his boat, etc. He indicated to me that he would no
longer be using that small strip of property for manufactur-
ing or storage purposes.
r have explained that he will need to obtain a
permit for installing the saw in "the properly zoned area.
If there is anything further that you have in the
way of suggestions or recommendations, please advise and I
will talk to Mr.' Bagwell about complying.
