The situation that your property, as well as all of your neighbors in the Harbor

1. This area is within the Greenway established by Lane County.

1. Lane County must adopt the City's FloOdplain regulations for implementation
within the Urban Growth Boundary.
2. A Greenway Setback line must be established. This process will involve
either a Legislative-Hearing (County & City Planning Commissioner and County
,Board and City Council) or a Quasi-Judicial (Hearings Official) pUblic
. hearing(s).

We have been in contact with a few of your neighbors over the last year or more
and they are also aware of these land use processes which require completion.
It is our recommendation that the residents of the area coordinate their
requests and have the Greenway setback established for the entire area which
will reduce the cost and amount of work involved by each individual. Otherwise
this process will need to be repeated on a lot by lot basis.
