Thi s 1 etter wi II summori ze' the s ta tus of the property you have in the Ha rbo r
Drive area. The status of the 5 items is as fol1o~..s:
1. Lane County will receive a request from the City to aoopt Development Cooe
changes upon the completion of this years Development Cooe update process.
We anticipate the County reviewing the Floooplain changes as well as the
other Cooe amenoments between December 1988-January 1989 barring any
unanticipated delays.
2. The Greenway Setback line must be established. This setback line separates
the types of uses which can occur within the Greenway. The Greenway Setback
requires a public hearing and approval by the Hearing's Official. The
application form used for this request is the same as a zone change and is
enclosed. The fee for this application is S500.
3. Discretionary Use approval is required for all construction requiring a
building permit within the Greenway (e,g., mobile home set-up permit (new or
replacement), garage, carport, additions, etc.}
Discretionary Use applications will also be reviewed by the Hearings
Official at a public hearing. The application fee is S250.
4. Site Plan approval is required as part of the Discretionary Use application.
The Site Plan application is enclosed. The application fee is S100.
5. Bui loing permit application submittal, with verification that all
floodway/floodplain regulations are satisfied. ,
