APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FOR SEWER HOOKUP
Application' is hereby made by the undersigned property owner for permission
to connect the.following described property to a city sanitary sewer line, owned
and maintained by the City of Springfield, and I agree to pay such a hookup charge
of'$4.50 per front foot of the property for the first 150 feet in depth to be
served by such city sewer line in lieu of an assessment against the described
property. An additional $0.03 per square foot will be charged for any additional
property beyond the first.150 feet.

Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 9,. Block I, First Addition to Adams Plat
aa glatted and recorded in BooK IS, Page 2, Lane County Oregon Plat Records; thence
N.O 11' 30" F. along the west line of said Lot 9 a distance of 5 feet; thence
N.890 48' 3~' W. 115' feet; thence S. 00 II' 3~' w. 150 feet; thence S. 890 48' 3~' E.
115 feet to the west line of said Block 1; thence N: 00 11' 30" E. 145 feet to the
point of beginning, in Lane County, Oregon. Also:' Lot 9, Block I, First Addition
to Adams' Plat as platted and recorded in Book IS, .page 2, Lane County Plat Records,
in Lane County, Oregon.

This agreement has been computed as being one-half (~) of the equivalent cost
of an eight (8) inch lateral san'itary sewer at the rate of $4.50 per abutting
front foot and does not include the cost of a house conn~ction to said city sewer,
sewer user charges, plumbing. permits or other such costs to be.assumed by the
property owner. .
