Lisa, there has been a fall out from the Sony Day Center issue with SUB on the location of backflow prevention,
devices. SUB has agreed to bury the device rather than insist that it be located above ground in a conspicuous
place on the site and housed in a concrete structure. Susan wanted to make sure that other developments in the
Gateway industrial area conform to this new "Sony rule". The only one I am aware of is the FEDEX facility,
FEDEX probably thinks they have to put the device above ground out in front of their building and they don't.
Could you pass this along to the appropriate inspector? And, do you have a phone number for the developer?
