Springfield Sign Permit Office
To whom it may concern:
A neighbor of ours, Rockstein Optical (on Main St,) has a LOT of
signs front and back, for which we are sure he has no permits, That's
not fair; we had to get them for ours, and there is a limit on the
number. He should follow the rulesl
