street, Springfield, Lane county, Oregon. The stop Work Order waG
Lss\led because the construction was occurring on a sight easement
,depicted on the recorded plat. High Rock Construction and Kenneth
Hoohstein have asked Lane County to vacate the easement. whir;h

Construr;t.ion has reached a point where it is necessary to put a

completed, whlle proceedings are in place regarding the sight
e~sement with Lane county. It is undQrstood that the Stop Work
Order will remain in full force and effect, however the City of
SprJ.ngfield will allow High ROck Construction and Kenneth HochG'toin

HOlD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
It is further agreed that in the event High Rock Construction and
Y,'mneth Hochstein are unsuccessful in obtaining vacation of the
,.., i']ht easement from Lane County, that the existing construction
\~jll be torn down without expense to the City of Springfield. It
Is ftu:thcr agreed t,hat this agreement shall in no way constitute a
waiver of any orders, ordinances or powers of the City of
Gps:io<Jfielct. Further the undersigned thoroughly understands that
all construction work on the premiees must comply, with th<l
Springfield building safety code.
