While this approach is unusual, we appreciate the City's willingness to invest in the project in such a manner and we look forward to participating in this collaborative approach. As the Pre-Application process moves forward, the project team is also moving forward as there is much to do yet in developing the Master Plan Among our current actrvities is our process of further developing the overall vision, including articulation of building form, site details and pedestrian environments.
