need to fill In the date on the waiver when he submits the plans When I receive the plans I will f,1I ,n Ihe date and mall the
applicant a copy Please give the reVised plans to Karen for dlstnbutlon Please make sure the case number IS Identified
Collier usually doesn't put the case # on hiS submittals

ThiS needs to go through ORC again but a new 300' notice won't be necessary I'll bring the file over to your office
