FAMILY BAKERIES TO APPROVE A THREE-YEAR ENTERPRISE ZONE PROPERTY TAX
EXEMPTION AND TO EXTEND THE ENTERPRISE ZONE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION AN

235, 3.3-915, AND 3.3-940 TO ALLOW ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS IN THE MDR AND HDR
ZONING DISTRICTS AS WELL AS THE HISTORIC OVERLAY DISTRICT; AMENDING PROVISIONS
FOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS IN SECTION 5.5-105 THROUGH 5.5-145; AMENDING
