Subject Tree Removal
Site Location Dove Estates
On Apn114, 2008 the City of Spnngfield received a tree evaluation from Sperry
Tree Care, dated Apnl 4, 2008 The report addressed the location of the 36" Atlas
cedar being very close to the proposed Sidewalk and road construction,
recommending removal of the tree On Apn118, 2008 I met Dave Collier (Pacific
SurveYing) on-site at Dove Estates to review the removal of a 36" Atlas cedar
located at the SE corner of the proposed hammer head At the time of the meeting
the site was staked and we were able to determine the location of the proposed
curb and Sidewalk
In addition, I had a phone conversation with Nathaniel Sperry (Sperry Tree Care)
Apnl 23, 2008 Nathaniel expressed several concerns with working around the
Atlas cedar and stili recommended removal of the tree per his onglnal evaluation
report dated Apnl 4, 2008
The City IS approving the removal of the Atlas cedar per the recommendation of
the Sperry Tree Care evaluation
