ISSUE STATEMENT:
The owner of Upper Left Design LLC has requested the City Council to endorse its
OLCC Liquor License Application.

DISCUSSION/
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Upper Left Design LLC, DBA: Board and Brush
Springfield is for a New Outlet with Limited On-Premises Sales and applying as a Limited Liability Company. The license application has been reviewed and
approved by the appropriate City Departments.
