No above -ground facilities (fire hydrants, power poles, catch basins, valves, j -boxes, etc.) shall be permitted within the apron or ramp area. Connect Storm Sewer to weephole(s) in curb per City Standard 3-6. Pipe constructed within Right -of -Way must be perpendicular to Right -of -Way. New street trees shall be at least 2 inches in caliper.
