ACTION REQUESTED: Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for 42th Market Corporation, located at 316 42nd Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477.
ISSUE STATEMENT: The owner of 42th Market Corporation has requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC Liquor License Application.

IMPACT:
The license endorsement for 42th Market Corporation, DBA: 42th Market Corporation is for a Change of Ownership and Change of Trade Name with Off-
Premises Sales with Fuel Pumps and applying as a Corporation. The license application has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate City Departments.
