HEAD MEAD LLC, DBA: DRAGONS HEAD MEAD.
ACTION REQUESTED: Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for Dragons Head Mead LLC, located at 5108 Forsythia Drive, Springfield, Oregon 97478.
ISSUE STATEMENT: The owner of Dragons Head Mead LLC has requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC Liquor License Application.

DISCUSSION/ FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Dragons Head Mead LLC, DBA: Dragons Head Mead is for a New Outlet, Winery, and applying as a Limited Liability Company. The
license application has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate City Departments.
