The TEAM Springfield Joint Elected Officials' meeting and social hosted by the Springfield Utility
Board Was held on Monday, July 25, 2016, at Willamalane's Lively Park, Shelter A, 6100 Thurston
Road, Springfield, Oregon.
ATTENDANCE:
City of Springfield: Mayor Christine Lundberg; Councilors: Joe Pishioneri; Sheri Moore; Sean VanGordon;
Marilee Woodrow, excused absence; Hillary Wylie; Dave Ralston, excused absence. Director of Development
and Public Works Anette Spickard attended in Gino Grimaldi's absence.
Springfield School District: Board Members: Laurie Adams; Jonathan Light, excused absence; Erik Bishoff;
Sandra Boyst; and Tina DeHaven. Superintendent Susan Rieke-Smith.
Springfield Utility Board. Board Members. Virginia Lauritsen; Pat Riggs--Henson; David Willis, excused
absence; Ken Boyst; and John DeWenter. General Manager Jeff Nelson.
Willamalane Park and Recreation District: Board Members: Anne Ballew; Denise Bean; Lee Beyer; Greg
James; and Gary Ross. Superintendent Bob Keefer; Assistant Superintendent Eric Wold.
CALL TO ORDER 1 WELCOME / INTRODUCTIONS
Jeff Nelson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m, and welcomed everyone to TEAM Springfield's Joint
Elected Officials' Meeting and Social. He spoke briefly and each agency gave an informal update and shared
agency highlights with everyone. There was no formal agenda for this meeting.
DINNER/SOCIAL
From 6:15 — 8:00 p.m., the JEOs participated in a dinner and social.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
