I 7 - 0 3-d Co - 4)-- o<!:Qu CITY OF SPRINGFIELD Planning and Development Department DATE December 1, 1987 APPLICANT Mike Dubbs Executive Director Goodwill Industries 855 Seneca Eugene, Oregon 97401 SUBJECT Results of the Development Review Committee's preliminary review of Pre-Application Conference request for City Journal Number 87-11-158. Applicant requested a Pre-Application Conference to discuss the installation of a Goodwill distribution center on property located between 1-105 and Q Street on Assessor's Map 17-03-26-42 Tax Lot 8400. ACTION Applicant was unable to attend the scheduled December 3, 1987 meeting. If applicant wants to meet with staff Mr. Dubbs can call and reschedule a time, otherwise this summary will be substituted for a one-on-one Pre-Application Conference. No formal action was taken, this meeting is to provide the applicant with information prior to submitting a formal site plan. STANDARDS TO BE MET The items discussed may not include all issues which may be reviewed as part of the actual application. 1. Provide a paved area large enough to allow the distribution trucks turning around and not backing out onto Q Street. Coordinate the dimensions of the paved area with the Transportation Division. 2. The paved area would need to be provided with an approved drainage system. 3. Extruded curb shall be installed around the perimeter of the paved area to prevent vehicles from parking beyond the paved lot. 4. Striping of 4 permanent parking spaces. APPLICATION PROCEDURE 1. I Submittal of drawings and permit applications for paving and drainage of this property. This submittal, shall be made with the Building Safety Division.
