17 03 35 4 2 reveals the need of repair and/or replacement of the damaged
portion of the side"alk bet"een the two eastern most curbcuts.
We urge you to complete this replacement/repair not later than thirty (~O)
days from the date of this notice.
Your failure to do,so "ill make it mandatory, under prOY1Sl0nS of the City
Code, Chapter 2, for the City to proceed "ith the replacement/repair of
this side"alk and assess all costs.
