Dear 'Mr. Selich:
At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfield made a
occupancy inspection on August 22, 1978, at 727,Main Street, Springfield,
Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform to the Uniform
Building Code as adopted by the City of Springfield.
1. Cap off a 11 unused waste 1 i nes.
2. Provide primer for floor drains.
3. Cap all hot and colQ water lines not in use.
4. No galvanized permitted on copper.
5. , Install cover plat~s on all recepticals.
6. Blank off all unused wiring in approved junction boxes with approved
covers.
7., All new or additional wiring must be installed in accordance with the
National Electrical Code and inspected before covered.
" 8. Approval from the Fire Marshal is required before occupancy.
All necessary permits shall be obtained ,before work starts and all owrk
shall be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance will be issued. "
