POCKET PARK MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
AND THE SPRINGFIELD DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION RELATIVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT

THIS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (hereinafter

Section 1. General Provisions
A. The Downtown Association shall keep the surface areas
of the pocket park free of trash. litter and debris by performing or
contracting for a weekly clean-up and removal service. This service
shall include the emptying of all litter receptacles intended for use by
park patrons.

Section 2. Modification of Provisions or Revocation
A. 'The provisions of this agreement may be modified upon
mutua 1 consent of the City and the'Downtown Assoc i at i on.
B. Fail ure or unreasonable delay to perform any term or
provision of this Agreement may result in the scheduling of a public
hearing before the City Planning Commission for the purpose of revocation
of the pocket park Conditional Use Permit.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Downtown Association and the City
have executed this Agreement as of the date first hereinabove written.
