The Plumbing permit fee is required: The fee is $32.20; and must
be paid at the time the permit is issued.

however, these must be applied for.
4. Wheel stops are required for the parking stalls south of. the

. 5. Two ballards are required, one at each end of the fence, to
discourage vehicles from entering the park.
6. The Development Agreement relative to the maintenance of the park
will be prepared and available on December 20th.

Lay conduit under concrete to allow for eventual installation of
pedestrian lighting in the center, near the bench.
3. Redesign the "raised platform"; it will appear as a large, boring
slab if constructed as is; suggest constructing perimeter walls
only, filling with topsoil and planting; wooden strips could be
bolted to tops of walls to discourage sitting.

4. Suggest exposed aggregate paving to tie in with anticipated Main

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
AND THE SPRINGFIELD DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION RELATIVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT
KNOW AS 'POCKET PARK
THIS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (hereinafter
"Agreement") is entered into. this day Df ,1985, (the
"Effect i ve Date") by and between SPRINGFIELD DUWNTUWN ASSOCIATION, a
membership of downtown Springfield businesses (hereinafter "Downtown
AssDciation") and the City of Springfield, a political entity of the
State of Oregon (hereinafter "the City")..

Section 2. Modification of Provisions or. Revocation
. A. The provisions of this agreement may be. modified upon
consent of the City and the Downtown Association.
B. Failure or unreasonable delay to perform any term or
provision of this Agreement may result in the scheduling of a public
hearing before the City Planning Commission for the purpose of revocation
of the pocket park Conditional Use Permit.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Downtown Association and the City
have executed this Agreement as of the date first hereinabove written. .
