" . ,> .,';' 'J ,,<U; ~.i'l' .POCKET PARK MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD AND THE SPRINGFIELD DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION RELATIVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT KNOW AS 'POCKET PARK THIS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into. this day Df ,1985, (the "Effect i ve Date") by and between SPRINGFIELD DUWNTUWN ASSOCIATION, a membership of downtown Springfield businesses (hereinafter "Downtown AssDciation") and the City of Springfield, a political entity of the State of Oregon (hereinafter "the City").. December 4, 1985, specific Conditional The City of Springfield Planning Commission, on after conducting a public hearing, approved a time Use Permit for a pocket park at 631 Main Street. B. specific conditions pocket park. The Springfield Planning Commission recommended of approval, including the proper maintenance of the C. The Downtown Association agreed to all conditions of approval, including the condition that the Downtown Association would be responsible for the maintenance of the pocket park. AGREEMENT Section 1. General Provisions A. The Downtown Association shall keep the surface areas of the pocket park free of trash, litter and debris by performing or contracting for a weekly clean-up and removal service.
