conform to applicable safety codes.
STRUCTURAL
1. Emergency exit lighting will be required at all exits from the theater area.

5. The discharge from the water healer temperature pressure relief valve shall be extended
directly to the exlerior of the building using approl'ed materials of the same size as the "all'e
outlet and shall terminate at a location thJt will avoid hazard to persons and properly at a
point within 6" to 24" of lhe ground.
MECHANICAL
6. A service report on the maintenance of the existing mechanical system shall be performed
by a licensed mechanical contractor.
ELECTRICAL
7. Broken or missing cover plates were noled on electrical outlets, switches and/or junction
boxes which require replacement to reduce the possibilily of electrical shock or lire.
8. The integrity of the electrical cable insulation shall be checked with a "Megger" as described
in the National Electrical Code, 550-12a.
9. The quality of the circuit breakers may hal'e deterioraled ol'er the )'ears. It is our
rf1Commendalion they be replaced wilh new breakers in new panels.

10. All circuil breakers in the eleclrical panel shall be properly labeled.
II. Circuit breakers used as swilches shall be approprialely labeled.
12. All lighting and similar electricallixtures shall be adequately secured.
Building permits must be obtained for the above items which invoh'e repairs or modilications to the
structural, electrical, plumbing or mechanical systems of lhe building and for any additions or
revisions you wish to make to the building.
An Oregon licensed electrical contractor is required for all new work and substantial alteralions to
existing electrical systems.
