C & B Parking presently owns Tax Lot No, 09300 (615 Main St.)
and Tax Lot No. 9400 (Pocket Park).
In order to acquir"e a permit to install 5 windowJ(. in the.
East wall of 615 Main Street adjacent to the Pocket Park,
C.& B Parking agrees to the following:
Should Tax Lot No. 9400 ever have a building constructed on
it closer than 10 feet, of the West boundary, we will fill in
and eliminate said windows immediately or comply with any
City request.
