information hereon is true and correct, and I further certify that any and all work performed shall be done in accordance with
the Ordinances of the City of Springfield and the Laws of the State of Oregon pertaining to the work described herein, and
that NO OCCUPANCY will be made of any structure without permission of the Community Services Division, Building Safety.
I further certify that only contractors and employees who are in compliance with ORS 701.005 will be used on this project.
I further agree to ensure that all required inspections are requested at the proper time, that each address is readable from the
street, that the permit card is located at the front of the property, and the approved set of plans will remain on the site at all
times during construction.

1. The undersigned, hereinafter Grantors, state that the property more particularly described and set
forth in "EXHIBIT A_I'I and "EXHIBIT A-2'\ attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby declared, granted and conveyed as perpetual and non-exclusive easements
for the installation and maintenance of private stOIDl drainage systems.
2. Said easements are not personal or in gross but are appurtenant to each and every portion of the
properties more particularly described and set forth in said "EXHIBIT A-l/f and said /fEXHIBIT
A_2/f. '
3. Said easements shall run with the properties herein descnbed and shall be binding on and shall inure
I to the benefit of the partIes hereto, their heirs, successors or assigns.
4 Said easements are made for the pwpose of providing private stOffil drainage from aforesaid lands
descnbed ill "EXHIBIT A_I/f and /fEXHIBIT A_2/f over the lands described in said exlubits to the
'public storm drainage easement areas contained ill "Tlact A" of] asper Meadows Fifth AddItion
and m'''Tract A" ofJ asper Meadows Sixth Addition, respectively. 111ese easements shall not be
affected or negated by title or the merger of title of the ?ominant and servient properties in a
common owner.
'5. The easement described in "EXHIBIT A_I" is for the benefit of the owners of Lots 234-238,
inclusive. Maintenance and repair costs of the private storm facilities in said easement area sball be
, shared equally by said owners of Lots 234-238, inclusive.
6. The easement described in "EXHIBIT A-2" is for the b~nefit ofthe owners of Lots 243-248,
inclusive. Maintenance and repair costs ofthe private stonn facilities in said easement area shall be
shared equally by said owners of Lots 243-248, inclusive.
7. The underlying fee title owners of each lot shall'at all times, and without restriction, have the right
to use the easement areas for purposes not inconsistent with the easements.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION FOR TIDS DECLARATION OF EASEMENTS IS OTHER THAN
MONETARY.
