Field Observations and Comments
As requested, A PSI representative was on-site to observe exposed subgrade soils for the proposed parking lot and
driveway pavement areas at the following location: east of the existing building (see attached site plans). The area was
relatively firm and stable with soil probe penetrations of 4 to 6 inches. Excavation depths ranged from 18 to 30 inches
below top of existing asphalt. All excavations were performed using an excavator with a smooth bladed bucket.
Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed,
