If eIther party IS composed of more than one person, each such person shall be Jomtly and severally hable hereunder 22. Each and every term or prOVISIOn of thIS Agreement shall be~ construed to be a separate term or prOVIsIOn and shall be valId and enforceable notwIthstandmg the fact that any other term or prOVISIOn shall have been found or declared mvalId and unenforceable 23.
