This question came up before with regard to the functional space programming process We have the
deliverable which was produced by our consultant after a senes of meetings with the police, court and
prosecutor staff Is thiS what he IS requesting? Once the document was completed, It was presented to the
Council for approval, so we also have that AIS

The alternatives, development and selection process Includes 14 onglnal concepts which were reviewed by

Carole, I am putting the record together for the LUBA Appeal of the Justice Center. On
July 2, 2007, S~ott Olsen asked that seven (7) items be added to the Vacation of B Street -
Justice Center Record. 2 of the 7 I need to get from you.
1. The functional space planning process; and
2. The alternatives, development and selection process.
I have everything else.
Joe Leahy was able to get me a two week extension, so if I could get the information listed
above by Thursday October 25, 2007 that would be great. Let me know if you run into
some issues and won't be able to meet that deadlin~.
