Jackson Seattle, WA 98104 SUBJECT: Site Plan for Schuck's Auto Supply Dear Mr. Rozansk1, On December 24, 1986 the Development ReV1ew Comm1ttee approved your slte plan for Schuck's Auto Supply, located on tax lot 7700, Assessor's Map 17-03-25-31, subject to the follow1ng cond1t1ons: 1. Removal and replacement of des1gnated parking spaces shall be 1n accordance with Sect10n 31.190 of the Sprlngf1eld Development Code. 2. The property owner(s) shall prov1de the C1ty with a 10 foot easement for an eX1st1ng storm sewer that crosses th1S property from north to south. I am send1ng a cc of th1S letter to the Mall manager so that he can get the requ1red slgnature on the easement. If you w1sh to appeal either of these cond1t1ons or the dec1slon of approval you may do so pursuant to Art1cle 15 APPEALS of the Spr1ngfleld Development Code.
