GRANTEE, its contractors, subcontractors, agents or emplc.yees, shall have the right to go upon said real property for the purpose of constructing and maintaining said roadway; and said roadway shall be so constructed so as to do no damagt' to said real property and those improvements owned and maintained by GRANTOR, amI after the construction of the facilities, the easement area shall be left in as good condition as before the construction of said facih tIes.
