WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO OBTAIN FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL? 1. An improvement agreement for a street light on Olympic Street is required. 2. The connection to the sanitary sewer, as shown on the site plan, will require a private easement from the property owner on the west. \ 3. The storm sewer to be used by this development is intended to provide drainage for property on the east and west of this site. A man-hole with stubs must be constructed at the point of connection. It may be in the owner's best interest to extend these stubs to the property line to avoid disruption when adjacent connections are made. 4. The frontage along the freeway must be landscaped. It is recommended that evergreens be used to minimize maintenance and blend with plantings of other businesses along this frontage. 5. A signed Development Agreement. This agreement will be prepared by staff upon approval of your Final Site Plan. Items 1 & 5 above need to be completed prior to issuance of building permits. All other items must be completed prior to occupancy. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS In addition to the Development Code standards listed above, development of the site as proposed will be sUbject to the following requirements: ~ .. 1.
